About the job
Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.
The Gemini Enterprise narrative — all of it. Not one surface, not one buyer. You decide what we claim, in what order, who each claim beats, and what evidence sits underneath.
In this role, you will write the spine that keynotes, analyst briefings, launch moments and field conversations all run on. You will hold the line on it across the organization, with the standing to turn work back when it does not conform.
You would carry a business, not a content calendar. Growth is the number on your scorecard: where adoption stalls, which argument unsticks it, and getting that argument built and running through product, field, partner and central marketing teams, none of whom report to you. You will spend most of your week in the rooms where the plan gets set, expected to have a view and to defend it.
Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can--changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $219000 - $305000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Own the core Gemini Enterprise narrative across every surface and every buyer: the claims, the framing, the competitive boundaries, the naming, and hold message discipline across the organization.
- Set the public point of view: executive keynotes and summit scripts, flagship-moment storytelling, bylines and essays, and the competitive arguments we make.
- Build the machine-readable source of truth for messaging, so twenty people and a fleet of agents sound like one and most launch collateral is generated from it rather than hand-built.
- Represent Gemini Enterprise in the cross-Cloud and cross-Google forums where the plan gets set, and bring back what changes as a result.
- Run analyst relations for Gemini Enterprise personally and move the position.
