Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
- Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.
Preferred qualifications:
- Strong understanding of web technologies, and the software development life-cycle. Ability to communicate effectively with engineers and understand technical concepts related to scalability, and performance.
- Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure impact. Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
- Passion for and understanding of online safety, security risks, and privacy best practices.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, policy, legal, security).

Responsibilities
- Lead the product goal and strategy for ensuring the trust and safety of the Chrome Web Store and Chrome Extensions ecosystem.
- Define and prioritize product initiatives to enhance the security and quality of Chrome Extensions, working closely with security analysts, the review team, the policy manager, and engineering.
- Drive the development and implementation of automated systems and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of security and quality reviews for Chrome Extensions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to build tools and infrastructure that support proactive detection and mitigation of harmful extensions.
- Analyze data and user feedback to identify trends, measure the impact of trust and safety initiatives, and inform product decisions.
