About the job

The Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) team creates environments and experiences that enable culture, innovation, well-being, and productivity. Our mission is to build and maintain the facilities and infrastructure that help Google grow.

From smart structures and central utility plants to sustainable campus setups, our Tech Infrastructure group ensures these spaces function with reliability, efficiency, and safety.

Workspaces rely on sophisticated operational technology (OT) to keep daily campus activity running smoothly. You will serve as the subject-matter expert for IoT, mechanical controls, and network protection throughout the territory.

In this role, you will bridge physical plant engineering with digital architecture. You will collaborate daily with outsourced service providers and specialist vendors to oversee the baseline health, availability, and cyber posture of these workplace technologies. You will be equally comfortable reviewing Sequence of Operations (SOO) with technicians, auditing architectures against threat baselines, and validating Methods of Procedure (MOPs) for live maintenance.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

  • Manage advance predictive maintenance, Fault Detection and Diagnostics (FDD), and Security-by-Design standards for operations, new equipment procurement and capital projects.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
