Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in sales compensation or a related field.
- Experience in Data Analytics, SQL, and Dashboards.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in SQL for data strategy, technical troubleshooting, and complex querying.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing complex compensation plans.
- Understanding of data analytics and reporting.
- Ability to work both collaboratively, as part of a team, and independently.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy sales compensation programs and data strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead data strategy to ensure precise crediting, governance, and technical escalation resolution.
- Manage incentive compensation requirements and automate inefficient workflows to optimize operations.
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and cross-functional collaboration for smooth program launches.
- Evaluate program performance, provide strategic guidance to sales leadership, and apply industry best practices.
