Les défis qui vous attendent:

Sous la supervision du Coordonnateur du Centre de service (CS), tu seras le spécialiste technique principal en mécanique du bâtiment.

Ton rôle : Assurer la santé et la performance de nos bâtiments, tout en collaborant avec une équipe passionnée et multidisciplinaire.

Ton quotidien ressemblera à :

  • Réaliser des relevés et bilans de santé des bâtiments afin d’identifier les points à améliorer.
  • Rédiger des constats et rapports techniques clairs pour guider les décisions de l’équipe.
  • Fournir des avis spécialisés sur les systèmes électriques, de plomberie et de ventilation.
  • Planifier et suivre l’avancement des projets pour assurer leur bonne réalisation.
  • Effectuer des visites de chantier et vérifier la conformité aux normes et standards de qualité.

Responsabilités additionnelles (au besoin) :

  • Collaborer à l’estimation des coûts et proposer des alternatives pertinentes.
  • Participer à la planification, à l’exécution et au contrôle des projets confiés par le Coordonnateur du CS.
  • Être un membre actif et proactif de l’équipe pour garantir la réussite des projets multidisciplinaires.

Le profil que nous recherchons:

  • DEC en Technologie de mécanique du bâtiment ou en Technologie de structure du bâtiment, ou toute formation jugée équivalente.
  • Trois (3) à cinq (5) ans d’expérience pertinente dans le domaine (toute combinaison formation/expérience pertinente sera considérée).
  • Connaissance des logiciels de dessin AutoCAD, SketchUp et/ou Revit (atout).
  • Intérêt pour les projets écoresponsables et durables.
  • Permis de conduire valide et carte ASP.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets et priorités, tout en travaillant en équipe multidisciplinaire.
  • Curiosité, rigueur et sens de l’organisation.
