Wil je graag aan de slag als Expediteur voor INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT FORWARDING SERVICES (I.F.F.S.)? Sta je graag in voor de organisatie van importdossiers? Houd je ervan om klanten tijdig en correct te informeren? Schrikt de nodige administratie jou niet af? Dan hebben we goed nieuws! Voor onze vestiging te Deurne zijn we op zoek naar een Expediteur.

Doelstelling:

Je staat in voor de organisatie van importdossiers om aan de klanten een zo perfect en volledig mogelijke service te kunnen afleveren.

Jobinhoud:

  • Je zoekt de juiste transportmodi op en kijkt daarbij toe op een passende prijs van de goederen;
  • Je staat tevens in voor de transportopdrachten en contact met rederijen;
  • Dossiers werk je af binnen de daarvoor voorziene tijdspanne en closing;
  • Je verzorgt de instructies i.v.m. douane afdeling; Jouw klanten breng je tijdig en correct op de hoogte;
  • Je geeft hen verdere ondersteuning en advies;
  • Je bent tevens verantwoordelijk voor de facturatie van jouw dossiers en zorgt voor de volledigheid ervan.

Jouw talenten:

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur minimum 5 jaar ervaring binnen expeditie (maritiem) opgedaan en/of in het bezit van een bachelor diploma logistiek management;
  • Basiskennis douane wetgeving en de daarbij horende documenten is vereist. Je hebt kennis van incoterms en bank gerelateerde zaken (LC, …).
  • Administratief ben je sterk en ook de daarbij horende ERP systemen schrikken jou niet af. Je hebt de nodige discipline betreffende juistheid van de ingebrachte gegevens/documenten;
  • Je bent gedreven, klantgericht en communicatief sterk in het Nederlands en Engels. Basiskennis Frans is vereist, Duits is een pluspunt.
