Etsimme ammattilaisia vaativan psyykkisen tuen yksikköön

Siikajärven lastenkoti – Go Strong

Siikajärven lastenkoti sijaitsee luonnonläheisessä ympäristössä Nuuksion kupeessa, noin 30 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Helsingin keskustasta.

Yksikkö on tarkoitettu lapsille ja nuorille, joilla on vaativaa psyykkistä oireilua ja jotka tarvitsevat intensiivistä, arkeen integroitua tukea kodin ulkopuolella. Toiminta täydentää mm. psykiatrisia palveluja tilanteissa, joissa nuoren kuntoutuminen edellyttää vahvasti resursoitua, jatkuvaa ja suhdeperustaista työskentelyä sijaishuollossa.

Työssä yhdistyvät traumainformaatio, psykiatrinen ymmärrys, hoitolinjaukset ja arjen kuntouttava työ. Tavoitteena on tukea nuoren säätelyä, turvallisuutta ja toimintakykyä ennakoivasti ja johdonmukaisesti sijaishuollon arjessa.

Mistä työssä on kyse

Yksikössä kohdataan muun muassa:

• itsetuhoisuutta ja vakavaa psyykkistä kuormittuneisuutta

• syömishäiriöitä

• käytöshäiriöitä ja impulssikontrollin haasteita

• trauma- ja kiintymyssuhteisiin liittyviä vaikeuksia

Tehtävänkuva

Työssä yhdistyvät:

• vaativan psyykkisen tuen osaaminen

• arjen hoito- ja kasvatustyö

• perhesuhteiden ja vanhemmuuden tuki

Keskeiset osa-alueet:

Psyykkinen tuki

• nuoren voinnin havainnointi ja arviointi arjessa

• säätelyn ja turvallisuuden tukeminen

• kuormittavien tilanteiden ennakointi ja hallinta

• työskentely trauma- ja suhdeperustaisella otteella

Yhteistyö hoitotahojen kanssa

• tiivis yhteistyö nuorisopsykiatrian poliklinikoiden kanssa

• hoidon ja arjen yhteensovittaminen

• havaintojen jäsentäminen ja hoitolinjausten toteuttaminen

Perhetyö

• perhesuhteiden vahvistaminen

• vanhemmuuden tukeminen

• yhteistyö perheen ja verkostojen kanssa

Arjen työ

• nuorten päivittäinen ohjaus

• turvallisen ja ennakoitavan arjen ylläpito

• osallistuminen suunnitteluun, arviointiin ja kehittämiseen

Työssä korostuvat yhteinen työote, reflektiivisyys ja moniammatillinen yhteistyö.

Muuta

Valittavalta edellytetään rikosrekisteriote ja huumausainetestaus. Työ alkaa sopimuksen mukaan. Palkka määräytyy yksityisen sosiaalipalvelualan TES:n mukaan ja on tehtävästä riippuen noin 2700–3600 €/kk (sisältäen vaativan työn lisät).
