Deine Rolle auf unserer Mission:

  • Die perfekte Kombination – Du steuerst Vertrieb & Customer Success – von der ersten Beratung bis zur langfristigen Betreuung.
  • Beraten & Überzeugen – Du berätst Eltern und Schüler:innen, empfiehlst optimale Lernlösungen und vermittelst passende Tutor:innen.
  • Abschlüsse generieren – Du erzielst Abschlüsse, begeisterst Familien für Nachhilfe-Pakete und schließt Verträge erfolgreich ab.
  • Kundenbeziehungen aufbauen – Du stärkst die Kundenbindung, betreust deinen Kundenstamm und optimierst die Lernerfahrung
  • Upselling & Empfehlungen – Du steigerst den Umsatz durch Upselling-Strategien und förderst Empfehlungen gezielt.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2) – Du kommunizierst sicher mit deutschsprachigen Eltern und kannst sie für unser Angebot begeistern.
  • Sales-Mindset & Eigeninitiative – Du liebst es, Menschen zu überzeugen, baust aktiv deinen Kundenstamm aus und setzt dir ehrgeizige Ziele.
  • Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten – Du überzeugst, hörst genau zu, findest Lösungen, und schaffst es, Vertrauen aufzubauen.
  • Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder Kundenbetreuung (von Vorteil) – Du hast bereits erste Berührungspunkte mit Sales oder Kundenbetreuung gesammelt? Perfekt!
  • Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen (von Vorteil) – Falls du schon mit CRM-Tools gearbeitet hast, bist du bestens vorbereitet.

Vergütung:

  • Verdiene bis zu 50.000 € brutto pro Jahr (Grundgehalt + Provisionen basierend auf erreichten Zielen) – und das Beste? Deine Provisionen sind unbegrenzt!
  • Das Grundgehalt liegt zwischen 23.000 € und 30.000 € brutto pro Jahr, abhängig von deiner Erfahrung und Qualifikation.
