Il ruolo in breve

A fine novembre apriamo a Busto Arsizio il primo GoStudent Learning Centre della città, dove gli studenti trovano lezioni in presenza, di gruppo e online in un unico posto. Cerchiamo una persona piena di energia e con una naturale predisposizione al contatto con le persone, che porti le famiglie nel nuovo centro e lo faccia funzionare ogni giorno.

È un ruolo operativo: sarai tu a chiamare le famiglie, visitare le scuole, accogliere i genitori e iscrivere gli studenti in prima persona.

Sede: Busto Arsizio (in presenza) Contratto: Tempo determinato, 12 mesi

Orario

L'orario standard è di 30 ore settimanali, con la possibilità di concordare 20 ore settimanali o il tempo pieno. La maggior parte del lavoro si svolge nel pomeriggio (circa 16:00–20:00), quando studenti e famiglie sono al centro. La mattina e le ore prima dell'apertura sono dedicate a chiamate, visite nelle scuole e preparazione. Attività occasionali nel weekend (es. open day o eventi locali) solo quando necessario, non tutti i fine settimana.

Retribuzione e bonus

Una retribuzione annua lorda fissa, in base alle ore settimanali:

  • 20h/settimana: 13.333,33 €
  • 30h/settimana: 20.000 €
  • 40h/settimana: 26.666,67 €

🚀 E in più un bonus: fai crescere il tuo centro, fai crescere i tuoi guadagni! Guadagna dal 5% al 9% del Gross Profit mensile del tuo centro, man mano che cresce la base di studenti attivi.

Sulla base di uno scenario di crescita illustrativo, il tuo bonus aggiuntivo potrebbe essere in media di:

  • Primo anno: ~450 €/mese
  • Secondo anno: ~1.900 €/mese

Le proiezioni del bonus sono puramente illustrative, non garantite, e dipendono dai risultati effettivi del centro e dal Gross Profit.

La tua settimana tipo

  • Chiamare e ricontattare le famiglie che hanno mostrato interesse per GoStudent
  • Visitare scuole, società sportive e associazioni del territorio, distribuire volantini e creare partnership locali
  • Organizzare open day e lezioni di prova, incontrare i genitori e chiudere le iscrizioni in prima persona
  • Seguire le famiglie per assicurarti che gli studenti siano soddisfatti e restino con noi
  • Organizzare gli orari di studenti e tutor e far funzionare il centro senza intoppi
  • Monitorare i tuoi numeri settimanali (lead, lezioni di prova, iscrizioni) insieme al tuo manager

Cosa porti con te

  • Esperienza a contatto diretto con i clienti: vendita, customer service, insegnamento, ripetizioni, retail o hospitality
  • Hai già acquisito clienti in prima persona e sai raccontarci come l'hai fatto e con quali risultati
  • Tanta energia e sicurezza: ti piace alzare il telefono e parlare con persone che ancora non conosci
  • Un approccio pratico: ti piace fare le cose in prima persona, non delegarle
  • Capacità organizzativa per gestire chiamate, visite e attività quotidiane del centro
  • L'esperienza con studenti o genitori è un grande plus
  • Vivi a Busto Arsizio o nei dintorni (Legnano, Castellanza, Gallarate, Cassano Magnago, Olgiate Olona)
  • Italiano fluente (C2); l'inglese è un plus
