Licensed Mental Health Therapist | LCSW, LMFT, LPCC

Location: California Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Benefits: Included

We are looking for licensed therapists in California to work with adults and families through virtual appointments. Clients may come to therapy for stress, relationship concerns, major changes at home or work, or other issues that are affecting how they feel and function day to day. You will spend most of your time in sessions, with additional time for notes, case review, and professional development.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide individual and family therapy by video
  • Get familiar with each client’s concerns, background, and reasons for starting therapy
  • Use your training and experience to guide sessions in a way that fits the case
  • Keep clinical notes clear, complete, and up to date
  • Revisit the direction of therapy when new concerns come up
  • Take part in training, case discussions, and professional development
  • Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
  • Follow California licensing and ethical requirements for your profession

Eligible Licenses

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or Psychology
  • Active California license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC)
  • Two or more years of therapy experience
  • Skilled at connecting with clients remotely
