Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Location: Arkansas Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year

Job Summary

We are looking for a licensed therapist in Arkansas to provide remote therapy to clients throughout the state. Most of your day will be spent in scheduled sessions, with time for notes and case-related follow-up. You will work independently, but support is available when a case needs to be discussed with another clinician.

Responsibilities

  • Provide therapy through scheduled video sessions
  • Keep client notes and records up to date
  • Follow up on concerns that come up during care
  • Discuss difficult or higher-risk cases with the clinical team
  • Take part in case reviews when needed
  • Follow safety procedures when urgent concerns arise
  • Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries
  • Follow Arkansas licensing and ethical standards

Requirements

  • Active Arkansas license as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
  • Master’s degree in a mental health discipline
  • At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience
  • Familiarity with telehealth tools and workflows
  • Strong clinical judgment and time management
