About GoTyme

GoTyme is a joint venture between the Gokongwei Group, one of the biggest conglomerates in the Philippines, and the Singapore-headquartered digital banking group Tyme. This venture combines the trusted Gokongwei brand, customer base, and distribution ecosystem with Tyme’s globally proven digital banking technology and hands-on experience building South Africa’s leading digital bank, TymeBank, one of the fastest-growing digital banks in the world today.

At GoTyme, we have embarked on a journey to democratize financial services and bring next-level banking to the Philippines. We seek individuals who share our belief that the game is worth changing, to join our growing team of GoTymers as we build, launch, and scale a bank that empowers all Filipinos to navigate a path to financial freedom.

About the role

The CLM Designer creates the visuals behind GoTyme Bank’s lifecycle communications: in-app messages, banners, push rich media, email templates, and promo assets. Sitting in the CLM Creatives team, the role turns lifecycle briefs into clear, on-brand designs built to convert, and keeps quality high at the volume and speed lifecycle marketing demands.

The role supports GoTyme Bank Philippines, GoTyme Bank South Africa, and partner brands such as Sanlam, based on assignment. Beyond single assets, the designer builds scalable templates and components so the team can launch faster across markets and brands. The function runs on four growth loops: activation, stickiness, primary bank, and reactivation, and the work here supports all four.

Lifecycle Design

  • Design in-app modals, bottom sheets, banners, cards, push rich media, email templates, and promo visuals from CLM briefs.
  • Design for real app placements and device sizes, following platform specs.
  • Adapt designs to each market and brand.
  • Use AI tools for concept exploration, variants, and resizing, and check every output for brand fit, accessibility, and usage rights before it ships; approved tools only.

Templates & Systems

  • Build and maintain reusable templates and components aligned with the brand design system.
  • Keep source files and asset libraries organized and versioned.
  • Build and QA HTML in-app components in MoEngage with the CLM team.

Testing & Performance

  • Produce visual variants for A/B tests.
  • Review performance with CLM campaign owners and apply learnings to future work.

Quality & Collaboration

  • Partner with copywriters from the concept stage.
  • QA assets before launch: rendering, legibility, accessibility, and dark mode where relevant.
  • Manage briefs and turnaround through the creative intake process.

Requirements

Must Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or any related field.
  • 2 or more years of experience as a graphic, digital, or visual designer in an agency, brand, or digital team.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite, with a portfolio of digital work required.
  • Designs with the customer in mind: clear, accessible, and easy to act on.
  • Familiarity with AI design tools, or a clear willingness to learn them, with the judgment to check output for brand fit and quality.
  • Strong visual hierarchy, typography, and layout skills.
  • Designs for clarity and action, not just aesthetics.
  • Speed and consistency under high volume.
  • Openness to feedback and data-informed iteration.
  • Uses AI tools to speed up exploration and variants while maintaining brand, accessibility, and quality standards.
  • Attention to detail and strong collaboration with copywriters and marketers.

Nice to Haves

  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Experience designing for apps, CLM, or digital campaigns is an advantage.
  • Background in banking, fintech, or other regulated categories is a plus.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
