About GoTyme
GoTyme is a joint venture between the Gokongwei Group, one of the biggest conglomerates in the Philippines, and the Singapore-headquartered digital banking group Tyme. This venture combines the trusted Gokongwei brand, customer base, and distribution ecosystem with Tyme’s globally proven digital banking technology and hands-on experience building South Africa’s leading digital bank, TymeBank, one of the fastest-growing digital banks in the world today.
At GoTyme, we have embarked on a journey to democratize financial services and bring next-level banking to the Philippines. We seek individuals who share our belief that the game is worth changing, to join our growing team of GoTymers as we build, launch, and scale a bank that empowers all Filipinos to navigate a path to financial freedom.
About the role
The CLM Specialist plans, builds, and optimizes lifecycle campaigns and customer journeys within GoTyme’s Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) function, which serves GoTyme Bank Philippines, GoTyme Bank South Africa, and partner brands such as Sanlam. The role turns briefs and lifecycle strategy into well-targeted, well-tested campaigns across push, in-app, email, SMS, and messaging channels, and is accountable for each one reaching the right customer at the right moment.
The specialist owns the build and performance of each campaign and journey: audience building, journey setup, QA, launch, monitoring, and reporting. The function runs on four growth loops: activation, stickiness, primary bank, and reactivation, and each specialist’s portfolio maps to one or more of them. Specialists bring test hypotheses and a view on what the data says to do next, not only executed briefs, and are expected to grow into the go-to expert for their portfolio.
Campaign & Journey Execution

- Set up audiences and segments using customer attributes, product holdings, and behavioral events.
- Configure triggers, frequency caps, A/B variants, and control groups.
- Check contact pressure before launch: frequency, overlap with live journeys, and suppression.
Quality & Compliance
- QA every campaign before launch: targeting, personalization, links and deep links, rendering, and consent.
- Ensure communications follow brand guidelines, consent rules, and local regulatory requirements.
- Keep accurate documentation for every live campaign and journey.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Monitor live campaigns and fix delivery or targeting issues quickly.
- Report results against KPIs and control groups, and propose optimizations.
- Run tests on message, timing, channel, and offer, and log learnings.
- Document a hypothesis, success metric, and control group before launch, and propose the next test based on the results.
- Use AI tools to speed up briefing, audience ideation, QA checks, reporting, and test analysis, and verify the output before using it; customer data stays in approved tools only.
