Deine Aufgaben - Du berätst Kunden und begeisterst sie für unsere Event- und Cateringlösungen. - Du planst und realisierst Events eigenverantwortlich – von der Anfrage über die Durchführung bis zur Nachbearbeitung. - Du führst Mitarbeitende situativ und wertschätzend. - Du sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe und die Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards. - Du entwickelst Angebote, Kalkulationen und neue gastronomische Konzepte gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsleitung und dem Team. - Du bringst eigene Ideen ein und trägst Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung der Gourmetbox GmbH, ihrer Werte und Prozesse.

Dein Profil - Du bist eine werteorientierte Persönlichkeit mit positiver Grundhaltung und einer Passion für gehobene Kulinarik und Erlebnisevents. - Du verfügst über eine Grundausbildung als Koch/Köchin und mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Gastronomie- und Eventbranche. Du verstehst die Möglichkeiten und Herausforderungen einer professionellen Küche und kannst Kundenwünsche, Konzepte und operative Abläufe miteinander verbinden. - Du hast eine Weiterbildung in Betriebswirtschaft oder Management abgeschlossen (HF-Diplom oder vergleichbare Qualifikation). Und bringst die notwendige Büroerfahrung mit, um Angebote und Kalkulationen zu erstellen, Projekte zu planen, Prozesse weiterzuentwickeln und auch bei komplexen Abläufen den Überblick zu behalten. - Du bringst Führungserfahrung mit und stellst dabei den Menschen ins Zentrum. - Du kommunizierst klar und adressatengerecht in Wort und Schrift auf Deutsch und bist sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen. - Du bist bereit, bei Bedarf auch operativ mit anzupacken. - Du besitzt einen Führerausweis der Kategorie B.
