Gowling WLG ist eine internationale Wirtschaftskanzlei mit über 200-jähriger Tradition und Wurzeln in Großbritannien und Kanada. Mit weltweit derzeit über 1.500 Berufsträgern bieten wir einen Full-Service-Ansatz mit Fokus auf das Transaktionsgeschäft.

Wir arbeiten über Standorte, Praxisgruppen und Sektoren international als Team zusammen, um unseren Mandanten auch in herausfordernden Situationen zum Erfolg zu verhelfen. Unsere Mitarbeiter sind dabei die Stütze dieses Erfolgs.

Für unseren Standort in Frankfurt suchen wir ab sofort eine/n Rechtsanwältin/Rechtsanwalt (w/m/d) für den Bereich M&A / Corporate .

Das Aufgabengebiet:

  • Beratung nationaler und internationaler Unternehmen, Family Offices und Finanzinvestoren bei internationalen M&A/PE-Transaktionen
  • Unterstützung bei Reorganisationen, Umstrukturierungen, Joint Ventures sowie Management-Beteiligungsprogrammen
  • Direkter Mandantenkontakt und Übernahme von eigener Projektverantwortung
  • Arbeit für das Team rund um Dr. Michael Lamsa

Dein Profil:

  • Überdurchschnittliche Examina
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in internationaler Anwaltskanzlei im Bereich Gesellschaftsrecht, M&A/Private Equity/Venture Capital oder einer verwandten Transaktionspraxis
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Interesse an wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen
  • Spaß an anspruchsvoller juristischer Arbeit und direktem Mandantenkontakt
  • Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und pragmatische Lösungsorientierung
