Atuar como líder técnico e referência corporativa

em mecânica, lubrificação e tecnologias aplicadas

ao portfólio Promarcas. Responsável por conduzir

apresentações técnicas, treinamentos internos e

externos, interpretar análises, apoiar o

desenvolvimento de produtos e acompanhar

tendências de mercado e novos lançamentos.

Deve unir presença de palco, comunicação clara e

analítica, domínio técnico e forte capacidade de

traduzir assuntos complexos em linguagem

acessível para vendedores, clientes e parceiros.

1. Liderança Técnica e Representação da Marca

• Ser a voz técnica oficial da empresa em eventos, treinamentos e apresentações

• Realizar palestras presenciais e on-line para equipes internas, clientes e parceiros

• Participar de feiras, workshops, lançamentos e eventos do setor

2. Treinamento e Capacitação

• Desenvolver e conduzir treinamentos técnicos para:

– Equipe de vendas interna

– Time comercial externo

– Clientes estratégicos

• Criar materiais técnicos, apresentações, guias e trilhas de aprendizagem

3. Análises Técnicas e Suporte Especializado

• Acompanhar e interpretar análises de lubrificantes (desgaste, contaminação, tendência).

• Elaborar recomendações técnicas e pareceres para clientes e vendedores.

• Apoiar áreas internas em dúvidas técnicas, validações e padronizações.

4. Desenvolvimento e Evolução do Portfólio

• Apoiar na criação, melhoria e homologação de produtos.

• Acompanhar lançamentos de mercado, normas e tecnologias de motores.

• Realizar estudos comparativos entre produtos do portfólio Promarcas e produtos dos concorrentes.

5. Relacionamento Comercial Técnico

• Atuar lado a lado com o time comercial em negociações que exijam profundidade técnica.

• Visitas técnicas a clientes para identificação de oportunidades e soluções.

• Produzir relatórios e análises com insights relevantes para a estratégia comercial.

6. Gestão do Departamento Técnico

• Organizar a rotina técnica, cronogramas de treinamento e indicadores

• Manter atualizadas bases de informação, procedimentos e bancos de conhecimento.

• Liderar e organizar a rotina dos técnicos de campo
