O QUE VOCÊ VAI FAZER

  • Inspecionar visualmente chapas brutas, resinadas e polidas
  • Classificar as chapas por qualidade e padrão, conforme os critérios da empresa e dos clientes
  • Identificar defeitos como trincas, manchas, falhas de resina, brilho irregular e variação de espessura
  • Medir as chapas e registrar as dimensões e a metragem
  • Numerar, identificar e organizar as chapas em cavaletes e pacotes por bloco e por lote
  • Lançar as informações de classificação no sistema ou nas planilhas de controle
  • Fotografar as chapas no studio da empresa
  • Separar o material para venda e exportação, junto às equipes de Produção e Expedição

  • Inspecionar as chapas brutas, resinadas e polidas, avaliando a superfície em toda a extensão.
  • Classificar por qualidade e padrão (ex.: primeira, segunda, comercial), conforme os critérios da empresa e as exigências de cada cliente.
  • Identificar e marcar defeitos: trincas, fissuras, manchas, furos, falhas de resina, brilho irregular e variação de espessura.
  • Avaliar a uniformidade de cor, tonalidade e desenho entre as chapas do mesmo bloco, para montar lotes homogêneos.
  • Medir as chapas (comprimento, altura e espessura) e calcular a metragem líquida, descontando quebras e áreas com defeito.
  • Numerar e identificar cada chapa por bloco, sequência e lote.
  • Organizar as chapas em cavaletes e pacotes, mantendo a sequência de corte.
  • Registrar a classificação no sistema ou nas planilhas de controle de estoque.
  • Fotografar as chapas para catálogos e para envio aos clientes.
  • Separar o material para venda e exportação, em conjunto com Produção, Comercial e Expedição.
  • Apontar problemas recorrentes de qualidade ao setor de Produção (serragem, resinagem, polimento).
  • Seguir as normas de segurança na movimentação de chapas e no uso de EPIs.
