Elaborar diagnósticos comerciais e estudos de mercado, incluindo análise de concorrentes e mapeamento de oportunidades. Desenvolver recomendações estratégicas com foco em crescimento de receita, rentabilidade e ganho de competitividade. Construir e acompanhar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs), gerando insights para suporte à tomada de decisão. Elaborar apresentações executivas para diretoria e alta liderança, traduzindo dados complexos em informações objetivas e acionáveis. Atuar em parceria com áreas de Comercial, Marketing e Finanças para definição e acompanhamento de planos de ação.

Requisitos técnicos:

Excel avançado. Power BI avançado para construção de dashboards e análises gerenciais. Conhecimento em SQL para consultas e extração de dados. Vivência com sistemas de gestão e bases de dados (ERP/CRM). Forte capacidade analítica e visão de negócio.

Perfil desejado:

Profissional altamente analítico, com facilidade para transformar dados em recomendações estratégicas. Capacidade de influenciar decisões através de apresentações executivas e storytelling com dados. Visão comercial e financeira para identificar oportunidades de aumento de receita e eficiência operacional. Boa comunicação para interação com diretoria e áreas parceiras.

Diferencial:

Experiência em inteligência comercial, planejamento comercial, pricing, performance de vendas ou marketing analítico.
