Missão do Cargo: Operar, configurar e otimizar sistemas de impressão digital de alta performance, assegurando excelência em qualidade de impressão, produtividade operacional e redução de desperdícios. Atuar como referência técnica da área, apoiando a equipe operacional na solução de problemas, padronização de processos e melhoria contínua.

Responsabilidades:

  • Operação Técnica Avançada: Operar equipamentos de impressão digital de grande porte.
  • Gerenciamento de Cores: Realizar o ajuste fino de perfis de cores e calibração de equipamentos para garantir a fidelidade entre a prova digital e o produto final.
  • Diagnóstico de Falhas: Identificar causas raiz de problemas técnicos e operacionais, solucionando intercorrências sem a necessidade constante de supervisão.
  • Controle de Qualidade: Monitorar a saída da impressão continuamente para identificar e corrigir falhas, manchas ou variações de cor e posição da marca de controle da impressora durante a tiragem.
  • Setup Estratégico: Executar trocas de formatos e materiais (setup) com foco em produtividade, utilizando técnicas para redução de setup e desperdício de substratos.
  • Interpretação de OPs: Ler e interpretar as Ordens de Produção (OP) para assegurar que o material, a quantidade e o acabamento estejam corretos.
  • Manutenção Básica: Executar a limpeza técnica e a manutenção preventiva básica dos equipamentos (como limpeza de cabeças de impressão, rolaria, filtros de ar e sistema de molhagem).

Competências Comportamentais (Soft Skills):

  • Atenção aos Detalhes: Essencial para identificar pequenas variações de cor ou erros de registro antes que gerem desperdício.
  • Disciplina e Organização: Manter o posto de trabalho limpo (metodologia 5S) e seguir os processos padronizados.
  • Autonomia: Capacidade de tomar decisões técnicas seguras perante imprevistos na produção.
  • Resolução de Problemas: Agilidade mental para encontrar soluções que evitem a parada de máquina.
  • Orientação para Resultados: Foco constante em indicadores de produtividade (m²/h ou impressões/h) e redução de refugo.
  • Trabalho em Equipe: Apoio técnico aos impressores juniores e auxiliares, compartilhando conhecimento prático.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência com sistemas ERP para apontamento de produção em tempo real.
  • Conhecimento em automação de fluxo de trabalho (Workflow Automation).
  • Capacidade de realizar pequenos reparos mecânicos ou elétricos nos equipamentos.
  • Noções de acabamento gráfico (corte, dobra ou laminação).
  • Conhecimento básico em gerenciamento de cores (perfis ICC).
