Du bearbeitest eingehende Kundenanliegen im Ticketsystem. Dabei geht es um nachhaltigen Strom, Tarife, Vertragsfragen, Termine und allgemeine Servicethemen. Du ordnest die Anfragen ein, beantwortest sie verständlich und sorgst dafür, dass jeder Bearbeitungsschritt nachvollziehbar dokumentiert ist. Anliegen, die eine weiterführende Prüfung benötigen, leitest du an die zuständige Stelle weiter.

Unser Auftraggeber steht für 100 % Ökostrom, digitale Innovation und eine neue Art, Energie erlebbar zu machen. Als Teil des Support-Teams hilfst du Kund, sich in dieser modernen Energiewelt gut zurechtzufinden. Dabei kommunizierst du freundlich, lösungsorientiert und auf Augenhöhe.

Deine Tätigkeit erfolgt ausschließlich schriftlich per E-Mail und im Ticketsystem. Telefonie gehört nicht zu deinen Aufgaben. Dich erwartet eine strukturierte Tätigkeit mit klaren Serviceprozessen und ohne Wochenendarbeit.

Requirements

  • Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau sowie sehr gute Rechtschreibung und Grammatik
  • Freude an schriftlicher Kundenbetreuung und die Fähigkeit, auch komplexere Sachverhalte einfach und verständlich zu erklären
  • Serviceorientierte, freundliche und geduldige Arbeitsweise
  • Fähigkeit, Kundenanliegen sorgfältig zu lesen, einzuordnen und lösungsorientiert zu bearbeiten
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, auch wenn mehrere Tickets auf deine Bearbeitung warten
  • Interesse an Energie, Nachhaltigkeit und digitalen Services
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Anwendungen sowie die Bereitschaft, dich in ein Ticketsystem einzuarbeiten
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Umgang mit Kundendaten
  • Erste Erfahrung im schriftlichen Kundenservice, in der Ticketbearbeitung oder in der Energiebranche ist von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • Start ab Mitte November oder Anfang Dezember
