Aufgaben

  • Sie verantworten eine reibungslose Personaladministration und beraten Mitarbeitende sowie Führungskräfte in personalrelevanten Fragen
  • Sie unterstützen den gesamten Rekrutierungsprozess und stellen eine professionelle Bewirtschaftung des Bewerbermanagementsystems sicher
  • Sie gewährleisten eine korrekte Zeit\- und Leistungserfassung und verantworten den monatlichen Abschluss
  • Sie übernehmen die Fachverantwortung für ausgewählte HR\-Services\-Prozesse und digitale Anwendungen, stellen deren Qualität sicher und treiben deren Weiterentwicklung aktiv voran
  • Sie unterstützen die Leitung HR\-Services und/oder die Leitung HR bei vielseitigen Projekten und Spezialaufgaben und arbeiten gegebenenfalls in der Berufsbildung oder im Bildungsmanagement mit

Profil

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung als HR\-Fachfrau\*mann
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren HR\-Funktion, vorzugsweise in einer öffentlichen Verwaltung oder einem grösseren Unternehmen
  • Sehr gute IT\-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in MS Office, SAP HCM und SAP SuccessFactors
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch sowie eine selbstständige, strukturierte und exakte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung, Freude an vielseitigen Aufgaben und eine positive, humorvolle mit der Fähigkeit, auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick zu bewahren
