Als Azure Infrastructure Engineer verantwortest du hauptsächlich den Aufbau, Betrieb und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Microsoft-Cloud-Infrastruktur. Du stellst eine stabile, sichere und hochverfügbare Azure-Plattform bereit und entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem IT-Team die zukünftige Cloud-Architektur des Unternehmens weiter. Darüber hinaus bist du technischer Ansprechpartner für Microsoft 365 sowie moderne Sicherheitslösungen im Microsoft-Ökosystem und unterstützt die Automatisierung sowie Standardisierung unserer IT-Landschaft. Du gestaltest gemeinsam mit unserem IT-Team aktiv den Weg von einer überwiegend On-Premises geprägten Infrastruktur hin zu einer modernen, sicheren und skalierbaren Azure-Cloud-Umgebung.

Die Position ist in Vollzeit in Frankfurt oder Köln zu besetzen und kann nach Deiner Einarbeitung in einem hybriden Arbeitsmodell ausgeführt werden.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Planung, Betrieb und Optimierung der gesamten Azure-Plattform
  • Verwaltung und Weiterentwicklung der M365-Services einschließlich Exchange Online, Teams und SharePoint
  • Umsetzung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien, Identity Protection, Conditional Access und Microsoft Defender
  • Administration von Identitäten, Rollen, Gruppen und Authentifizierungsverfahren
  • Entwicklung von PowerShell-Skripten und Automatisierung administrativer Prozesse
  • Überwachung der Azure-Umgebung, Analyse von Leistungskennzahlen sowie Kapazitätsplanung
  • Mitarbeit an Cloud-Projekten sowie Unterstützung der IT-Leitung bei Architektur-, Infrastruktur- und Security-Themen

Was du mitbringst

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker (Systemintegration) oder vergleichbares Studium
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Microsoft-Cloud-Umfeld
  • Erfahrung mit Microsoft Azure (Microsoft-Zertifikate wie AZ-104, AZ-305 und SC-300)
  • Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365 und Entra ID
  • Gute Kenntnisse in PowerShell und Terraform
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf Niveau B2 für eine reibungslose interne und externe Kommunikation
  • Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
