Gränsö slott är en familjeägd destination med hotell, restaurang och spa beläget vid havet i Västervik. Vår vackra slottsmiljö omringat av hav och natur gör att många gäster reser till oss, i kombination med lyxigt hotell, vackert spa och god mat med bra service. Vi växer för varje år, och varje år återinvesterar vi vinsten i att utveckla Gränsö slott. Det senaste året har vi bland annat byggt ett helt nytt komplett och modernt stort kök för att möta vår stora efterfrågan och att kunna laga ännu bättre mat. Vi har både a la carte servering, stora event, bröllop och fest. Vi vill nu hitta en erfaren och kreativ sous chef eller en erfaren fine-dining kock till vår högsäsong 2027 under perioden maj tom sista september. Vi ser att du är en närvarande, lyhörd kock som vill dela med dig av dina kunskaper och coacha köksteamet. Du är en tydlig och rak person som är bra på att kommunicera. Du drivs inte av prestige, utan glädjs av gemensamma framgångar. Vi jobbar tätt tillsammans och du är därför en bra människokännare och ledare. Du kommer jobba nära ledningen och vill driva Gränsö och ditt team framåt, tillsammans med alla avdelningar. På Gränsö ser vi allt som en helhet- och vi är aldrig bättre än vår svagaste länk. Vi som är på Gränsö är engagerade och passionerade och vi tar alla emot feedback för att hela tiden bli bättre. Vår mat ska kännetecknas av lokala råvaror av hög kvalitet med fokus på säsong och vår natur omkring oss. Du ansvarar för kökets drift under kvällens a la carte service och jobbar tillsammans med både kök och servisteamet. Vi söker dig som: Har många års erfarenhet, gärna från fine dining. Arbetar effektivt och noggrant. Är en trygg och tydlig ledare som inspirerar teamet medverkar till att vi känner matglädje. Mycket intresserad av matlagning och vill jobba i service. Är driven och ansvarsfull. Du är noga med hygien, städ och rutiner. Är lätt att samarbeta med och en lagspelare. Har bra referenser. Västervik är en fantastisk stad att bo och verka i. Nära till det mesta och erbjuder underbar miljö och naturupplevelser. Vi hjälper gärna till med att hitta boende.
