Ihre Hauptaufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Umfassende Expertise in der interdisziplinären Anlagen\- und Produktentwicklung – von klassischem Maschinenbau bis hin zur Entwicklung komplexer, technologisch anspruchsvoller Produkte mit tiefgehendem Spezialwissen
  • Verantwortung für die Konzeption, Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung innovativer Technologiekomponenten für textiltechnologische Anwendungen in Spinnerei\- und Vliesstoffanlagen
  • Leitung und Steuerung anspruchsvoller Entwicklungsprojekte und Teilprojekte über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus hinweg – von der Ideenfindung über Design und Prozessentwicklung bis zur erfolgreichen Markteinführung
  • Strategische Neu\- und Weiterentwicklung von Verfahren, Fertigungsprozessen und Produktionsanlagen sowie deren nachhaltige Optimierung mit Schwerpunkt auf Stanzen, Härteprozessen, Oberflächentechnologien und Drahtherstellung
  • Aufbau und Steuerung einer engen, interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit mit technischen Kundenberatern, Produktmanagement, Service, Vertrieb, Produktion, Testkunden und externen Partnern zur Sicherstellung erfolgreicher Entwicklungs\- und Implementierungsprozesse
  • Verantwortung für Entwicklung, Konstruktion und Prototyping sowie Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung von Versuchen inklusive technischer Dokumentation und Wissenstransfer für Entwicklung, Produktion und Vertrieb
  • Förderung technologischer Innovationen sowie Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen zur Stärkung von Wettbewerbsfähigkeit, Produktqualität und Effizienz
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung technologischer Strategien und Einbringen von Expertenwissen zur Weiterentwicklung von Produkten, Prozessen und Entwicklungsstandards

Ihr Anforderungsprofil

  • Hochschul\- oder Universitätsabschluss im Bereich Maschinenbau/Maschinentechnik; textiltechnologisches Grundverständnis und Affinität zur Werkstoffkunde von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches, konzeptionelles und auch betriebswirtschaftliches Denkvermögen
  • Ergebnisorientierte, Selbstständige und Initiative Persönlichkeit mit hoher Problemlösungskompetenz und Projektleitungserfahrung
  • Pragmatische Denk\- und Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Umsetzungsorientierung und Hands on Mentalität
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Werkstoffkompetenz und hohes Interesse an Fertigungstechnik (z.B. Stanzen, Härten,...) wünschenswert
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
