What You'll Do

  • Welcome GM customers and help with their vehicle service needs
  • Write and manage repair orders using GM dealership systems
  • Communicate maintenance and repair recommendations clearly and professionally
  • Provide timely updates and follow-up by phone, text, and video
  • Work closely with GM-trained technicians to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and CSI standards

What You Bring

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • A positive, coachable attitude and desire to learn
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills (R&R and GM systems training provided)
  • Dependable attendance and professional appearance
