What You'll Do

  • Perform repairs and maintenance as specified on repair orders
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns efficiently and accurately
  • Conduct multipoint inspections and clearly communicate recommended repairs
  • Complete work to dealership and manufacturer standards
  • Keep a clean and organized work area
  • Work closely with advisors and teammates to deliver a strong customer experience
  • Stay current on Kia training and repair procedures

What You Bring

  • Previous automotive technician experience
  • Strong diagnostic ability and attention to detail
  • Efficient production with quality workmanship
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mindset
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Kia experience and ASE certifications are a plus, but not required
