Você vai atuar em uma indústria gráfica estruturada, com equipamentos modernos e foco em qualidade, segurança e prazos. Aqui, seu cuidado com detalhes e sua experiência em laminação fazem toda a diferença no resultado final.

  • Operar e ajustar máquinas de laminação (BOPP, brilho, fosco etc.).
  • Preparar materiais, insumos e regulagens conforme cada job.
  • Controlar qualidade de laminação (aderência, bolhas, riscos, marcas).
  • Realizar setup, troca de bobinas e pequenos ajustes mecânicos.
  • Registrar produção e apontar ocorrências no sistema.
  • Seguir padrões de segurança, limpeza e organização do setor. * 1º turno: Segunda a sábado, das 06h40 às 15h10. * 2º turno: Segunda a sábado, das 14h45 às 23h00. * 3º turno: Domingo a sexta, das 22:35 as 06:45

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência como Operador de Laminação Gráfica (nível pleno).
  • Vivência em ambiente industrial gráfico ou de embalagens.
  • Conhecimento em tipos de filmes e gramaturas de papel.
  • Leitura e interpretação de ordens de produção.
  • Disponibilidade para atuar em turnos presenciais (escala/rodízio).
  • Compromisso com qualidade, segurança e organização.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência com laminação em grandes tiragens e alta produtividade.
  • Noções de manutenção básica de máquinas de laminação.
  • Conhecimento em outros processos gráficos (corte e vinco, colagem, impressão).
  • Participação em programas de melhoria contínua (5S, Kaizen, Lean).
