Unsere Kundin ist ein renommiertes Schweizer KMU, das technologisch führende Maschinen\- und Systemlösungen für industrielle Anwendungen entwickelt und produziert. Zur Verstärkung des Einkaufsteams im Seetal (AG) suchen wir im persönlichen Auftrag per 1\. Dezember 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit als Technischer Einkäufer (m/w/d) 80\-100%

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für den operativen Einkauf von der Bedarfsmeldung bis zur Rechnungsprüfung
  • Sicherstellung der termin\- und kostengerechten Materialverfügbarkeit für Produktion und Betrieb
  • Einholen, Bewerten und Verhandeln von Angeboten, Preisen, Konditionen und Verträgen
  • Überwachung von Bestellungen sowie Bearbeitung von Lieferabweichungen, Reklamationen und Lieferantenanliegen
  • Betreuung, Bewertung und Weiterentwicklung nationaler und internationaler Lieferanten
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Einkaufsprozessen sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, AVOR und weiteren internen Schnittstellen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Einkauf (z. B. Einkaufsfachfrau/\-mann mit eidg. Fachausweis)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im operativen und strategischen Einkauf, vorzugsweise in einem Produktions\-, Maschinen\- oder Industrieunternehmen
  • Verhandlungssicherheit in Preis\-, Konditions\- und Vertragsverhandlungen sowie ausgeprägtes analytisches und vernetztes Denkvermögen
  • Sehr gute ERP\-Anwenderkenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Deutsch Muttersprache sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kommunikationsstarke, durchsetzungsfähige und initiative Persönlichkeit mit strukturierter Arbeitsweise und Freude an der aktiven Mitgestaltung von Prozessen
