Aufgabenbeschreibung:

  • Definition und Weiterentwicklung der Teststrategie für die Temenos\-Plattform
  • Planung, Steuerung und Durchführung von Integrations\-, Regressions\-, System\- und User\-Acceptance\-Tests
  • Erstellung und Koordination von Testplänen für Releases, Projekte und Changes
  • Sicherstellung einer umfassenden Testabdeckung unter Berücksichtigung regulatorischer, qualitativer und sicherheitsrelevanter Anforderungen
  • Verantwortung für Defect Management sowie Risiko\- und Qualitätskontrolle
  • Erstellung von Go\-/No\-Go\-Empfehlungen für produktive Releases und Deployments
  • Zentrale Ansprechperson für Testthemen gegenüber Business, IT und externen Partnern sowie Reporting an relevante Stakeholder
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Testprozessen, Testautomatisierung und Testwerkzeugen sowie Mitwirkung bei Audits, Migrationen und Transformationsprojekten

Ihr Profil:

  • Hochschulabschluss in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Test Engineer, Test Lead oder Test Manager mit Temenos Transact (T24\) im Bankenumfeld
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung mit Core\-Banking\-Implementierungen, Release\-Management und/oder System\-Upgrades
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Temenos\-Architektur, relevanter Schnittstellen sowie der Core\-Banking\-Prozesse
  • Fundierte Praxiserfahrung im End\-to\-End\-Testing sowie im Defect Management
  • Gute Kenntnisse von Private\-Banking\-, Wealth\-Management\- oder Corporate\-Banking\-Prozessen sowie ein fundiertes Verständnis regulatorischer Anforderungen, von Qualitätsstandards und Test Governance im Finanzdienstleistungsumfeld
  • Deutsch auf Muttersprachenniveau sowie fliessende Englischkenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations\-, Koordinations\- und Stakeholder\-Management\-Fähigkeiten
  • Zertifizierungen im Projektmanagement oder in agilen Methoden (z. B. PMI, Scrum) sowie eine ISTQB\-Zertifizierung sind von Vorteil
