The North America team is seeking an Aftermarket Distribution Center Manager for our Clear Lake, Iowa facility. The Aftermarket Distribution Center Manager is responsible for driving profitable aftermarket parts growth while leading the daily operations of the Clear Lake, IA facility. This role owns operational execution of the aftermarket business, ensuring exceptional service levels for dealers and customers through inventory availability, order fulfillment excellence, and proactive sales leadership. The position serves as the key link between Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Product Management, and Distribution Operations to improve parts availability, increase aftermarket revenue, support dealer development, and deliver industry-leading customer satisfaction. Your Impact
Lead all operations of the Clear Lake, Iowa facility. Ensure safe, efficient, and accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes. Manage daily warehouse activities to achieve customer service and operational performance goals. Maintain optimal warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, and material flow. Develop and execute warehouse capacity, layout, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with company safety policies and regulatory requirements. Lead cycle counting, inventory audits, and inventory control programs. Drive improvements in warehouse productivity, shipping performance, and operational efficiency.
Work with the Vice President, Global Aftermarket to develop inventory stocking strategies to improve product availability while optimizing inventory investment.
Monitor inventory turns, fill rates, stockouts, backorders, and slow-moving inventory. Collaborate with Supply Chain and Purchasing teams to maintain appropriate stocking levels. Analyze demand patterns and recommend inventory adjustments based on customer needs and business objectives. Lead initiatives focused on improving inventory accuracy and reducing inventory-related costs.
Provide exceptional customer service to all dealers and individuals who visit the Clear Lake, Iowa facility.
Ensure timely fulfillment of customer and dealer orders. Monitor service levels and implement corrective actions when targets are not achieved. Resolve escalated customer and dealer concerns related to parts availability, order fulfillment, and delivery performance. Champion a customer-first culture throughout the warehouse and aftermarket organization.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse and distribution personnel.
Establish performance expectations and accountability measures for safety, quality, productivity, and customer service. Conduct regular performance reviews and development planning. Create cross-training programs to build organizational flexibility and workforce capability. Foster a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Your Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Agricultural Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in aftermarket sales, parts operations, distribution, or supply chain leadership. 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams in warehouse, distribution, or customer-facing environments. Experience working with dealer networks and distribution channels preferred. Agricultural, industrial equipment, manufacturing, or OEM experience strongly preferred. Strong business and commercial acumen. Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations. Ability to analyze sales, operational, and inventory data. Experience with ERP systems and inventory management tools. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational abilities. Continuous improvement mindset with demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.
Your Compensation and Benefits Expected annual salary for this role will be $75,000 – $100,000, plus annual bonus eligibility. This is dependent upon job related knowledge, experience, and skills.
