Funções e responsabilidades:

  • Fazer a integração e cada novo colaborador através dos manuais e treinamentos em loja;
  • Fazer os procedimentos de contratação de acordo com as orientações do RH;
  • Supervisionar e orientar a equipe quanto a resultados e medidas de comportamento através de feedbacks, fichas de ocorrências, advertências, ou outras penas corretivas de acordo com a orientação do RH;
  • Controlar os horários de entrada, saída, intervalos, escalas, horas extras pré autorizadas, retirada de vale transporte, recebimento de vale refeição entre outros benefícios;
  • Ficar atenta a entrega dos relatórios de acompanhamento de resultados;
  • Contratar e demitir colaboradoras (autorização prévia do RH e Supervisão)
  • Treinar e capacitar a equipe de vendas para obtenção de melhores resultados;
  • Avaliar, dar feedback constantemente e acompanhar o desempenho de cada colaborador repassando o resultado para supervisão caso haja problemas;
  • Acompanhar os resultados da loja de acordo com as metas enviadas;
  • Criar estratégias de venda e motivar a equipe para o melhor resultado;
  • Manter a organização e limpeza na loja;
  • Atenção para a equipe de vendas: manter o grupo organizado, unido e motivado a alcançar os objetivos.
