Das Resort Bad Ragaz hat seinen im heilenden Thermalwasser der Taminaquelle. Seit 1242 steht dieser Ort für Regeneration, neue Energie und Lebensqualität. Auf diesem Fundament entwickeln wir das Resort konsequent weiter – mit dem Anspruch, das führende Wellbeing \& Healthy Living Resort Europas zu werden und einen Kraftort für Generationen zu schaffen.

Rund 800 Mitarbeitende prägen täglich das Erlebnis unserer Gäste. Unterschiedliche Talente, Kulturen und Persönlichkeiten arbeiten hier gemeinsam an einem Ziel: einzigartige Erlebnisse zu schaffen. Deine Aufgaben

  • Reservationen, Auskünfte \& Korrespondenz auf Deutsch und Englisch
  • Verkauf sämtlicher Spa\-Angebote (Massagen \& Beauty\-Treatments) sowie Spa\- und Beauty\-Produkten
  • Gästebetreuung
  • Bedienung der Telefonanlage
  • Kundenfreundliche und effiziente Gestaltung sowie Abwicklung administrativer Tätigkeiten wie z.B. die Verwaltung der Adress\- und Kundendatei

Dein Profil

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung sowie idealerweise mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im gehobenen Wellness\-Hotelbereich
  • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse mündlich und schriftlich (d/f/e)
  • Gute EDV\-Kenntnisse (MS\-Office)
  • Gepflegte Umgangsformen mit einer guten Portion Herzlichkeit
  • Flexibilität, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Organisationstalent sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verkaufstalent
  • Einsatzbereitschaft (inkl. Teil\- und Wochenenddienste) sowie ein gepflegtes Auftreten runden dein Profil ab
