The Role: As a VDC Intern, you will: Assist with daily tasks and efforts in BIM coordination processes for Granger project teams. Engage in architectural, structural, and MEP 3D modeling. Perform post-processing of drone point clouds and 3D models. Contribute to architectural visualization using virtual reality tools. Participate in site logistics planning to optimize project efficiency. Support the development of 4D scheduling to integrate time and resources with 3D models.

Qualifications: Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in building construction management, civil engineering, or a related field. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with the capability to lead by example. Proactive problem-solving skills and a self-starter mentality. A strong work ethic with dedication to meeting deadlines. Ability to see the big picture while focusing on details. Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new software. Must be able to work full-time.

What Really Makes You Stand Out: High emotional intelligence and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals. BIM/VDC software like SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, Navisworks, Fusion, and SolidWorks Previous experience with BIM coordination, architectural design, or engineering design Previous experience with GIS systems or drones A passion for innovation and problem-solving. Field experience with the installation of MEP systems
