Elsker du god mad, gode råvarer og et køkken, hvor man løfter i flok? Så vil vi gerne høre fra dig.

Granola søger en køkkenchef, der har lyst til at blive en del af vores team og være med til at udvikle køkkenet. Granola er en franskinspireret café og restaurant, hvor vi serverer morgenmad, frokost og aftensmad alle ugens dage fra kl. 08.00 til midnat. Vi holder af den klassiske bistro, gode råvarer og mad, der er lavet ordentligt. For os handler det ikke om at gøre tingene unødigt komplicerede, men om smag, håndværk og glæden ved at servere et godt måltid.

Som køkkenchef har du det overordnede ansvar for køkkenets daglige drift. Du planlægger vagter, står for indkøb, sikrer kvalitet og struktur og samler holdet om en fælles retning. Du har lyst til at udvikle menuen sammen med teamet og skabe et køkken, hvor folk trives og tager ansvar.

Hvem er du?

Du brænder for madlavning og går op i de råvarer, du arbejder med. Du tager ansvar, har styr på dit håndværk og trives med både forberedelse og service.

Du behøver ikke have store armbevægelser, men du skal have lyst til at lave god mad og være en del af et hold, der hjælper hinanden. Vi tror på, at et godt køkken bygger på respekt, ordentlig kommunikation og en god stemning, også når der er travlt.

Granola har ligget på Værnedamsvej siden 2008 og er en del af områdets liv med stamgæster, historie og sin egen særlige atmosfære. Vi vil gerne bevare det, der gør Granola til Granola, samtidig med at vi udvikler køkkenet og restauranten. Derfor leder vi efter mennesker, der har lyst til at sætte deres præg på stedet og være med til at forme det, vi skal være fremover.
