Ihre (potenziellen) Aufgaben in Abhängigkeit von Ihrer Erfahrung

  • Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie Mitwirkung bei Reportingaufgaben (UGB/IFRS).
  • Erstellung von Steuererklärungen und Einnahmen-Ausgaben-Rechnungen.
  • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung der Buchhaltungs- und Bilanzierungsprozesse mit Fokus auf maximale Automatisierung.
  • Erstellung betriebswirtschaftlicher Auswertungen, Analysen und Unterstützung bei Betriebsprüfungen.
  • Qualitätskontrolle und Koordination der relevanten Schnittstellen (Lohnverrechnung, Buchhaltung, etc.) sowie Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen und Steuerberater:innen.
  • Direkte Kommunikation mit Klient:innen und Teilnahme an Bilanzbesprechungen.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene höhere Schule (HAK, HBLA)
  • Abgeschlossene Bilanzbuchhalterprüfung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bilanzbuchhaltung - in einer Steuerberatungskanzlei von Vorteil
  • BMD NTCS Kenntnisse (von Vorteil)
  • Excel-Kenntnisse
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Freude am Umgang mit Zahlen
