En tant que Global Mobility Tax Supervisor, vous êtes responsable de la gestion et du suivi de dossiers fiscaux complexes liés à la mobilité internationale. Vous conseillez nos clients sur tous les aspects de la fiscalité des expatriés et des missions internationales, tout en supervisant des collaborateurs juniors et en garantissant la qualité des livrables.

Vos missions principales :

  • Gérer de manière autonome les dossiers fiscaux des personnes physiques (résidents et non-résidents), y compris l’application des régimes fiscaux spécifiques aux cadres étrangers.
  • Assister les clients lors d’audits fiscaux, réclamations et procédures de régularisation.
  • Analyser et conseiller sur les aspects liés à la sécurité sociale, au droit du travail et à l’immigration.
  • Superviser et encadrer des collaborateurs juniors, coordonner et suivre les missions afin d’assurer qualité et respect des délais.
  • Apporter un conseil stratégique sur la mobilité internationale, en anticipant les évolutions réglementaires et les impacts fiscaux pour les clients.

Votre profil :

  • Master en droit, avec une spécialisation en fiscalité.
  • Minimum 4 ans d’expérience pertinente dans un cabinet de conseil ou d’expertise comptable.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit. La connaissance du néerlandais est un atout.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers complexes simultanément et à encadrer des collaborateurs.
  • Rigueur, sens des responsabilités et autonomie.
  • Disponibilité pour se déplacer chez les clients ou dans nos bureaux.
