Ben jij een ervaren tax professional met een focus op vennootschaps- en internationale fiscaliteit en wil je jouw kennis en leiderschap inzetten op strategisch niveau? Heb je je sporen verdiend bij een toonaangevend advieskantoor (desgevallen aangevuld met ervaring in een interne tax functie)? Als Director Tax bij Grant Thornton krijg je de kans om je eigen stempel te drukken op onze strategie en dienstverlening. Je begeleidt een ervaren team, adviseert klanten bij complexe fiscale vraagstukken en werkt mee aan uitdagende dossiers binnen een dynamische, multidisciplinaire organisatie.

Je bouwt mee aan de uitbouw van onze marktpositie en krijgt de ruimte om innovatieve ideeën te realiseren.

Jouw rol

  • Uitbouwen van de fiscale expertise: Je draagt actief bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van onze vennootschaps- en internationale fiscale capaciteiten en helpt nieuwe proposities vorm te geven.
  • Ondernemerschap: Je krijgt de ruimte om innovatieve ideeën te realiseren en onze marktpositie verder uit te bouwen.
  • Ondersteunen van business development: Je identificeert commerciële opportuniteiten, ontwikkelt nieuwe klantenrelaties en versterkt bestaande klantrelaties door mee te werken aan uitdagende dossiers.
  • Adviseren van klanten: Je begeleidt klanten op het vlak van vennootschapsbelasting, internationale fiscaliteit, fusies en overnames, herstructureringen, fiscale due diligence en andere fiscale vraagstukken.
  • Leiding geven aan teams: Je coacht (senior) managers en hun teams, inspireert samenwerking, stimuleert kennisdeling en creëert een cultuur van high performance en continue ontwikkeling.
  • Samenwerken met andere teams: Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s van Transaction Advisory, Accountancy, Legal, Audit en BTW om geïntegreerde, praktische oplossingen voor klanten te realiseren.
  • Internationale samenwerking: Je werkt samen met collega’s uit meer dan 140 landen binnen het Grant Thornton International netwerk in het algemeen en het multinationaal Grant Thornton Advisors LLC platform in het bijzonder.

Waarom ben jij de Director Tax die we zoeken?

  • Je beschikt over een master in rechten, economie of een vergelijkbare richting, aangevuld met fiscale specialisatie.
  • Je hebt minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in een fiscaal advieskantoor, met bewezen expertise in vennootschaps- en internationale fiscaliteit.
  • Je bent ITAA-gecertificeerd.
  • Je bent sterk in het coachen en begeleiden van teams.
  • Je bent vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, kennis van Frans is een plus.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, proactief, klantgericht en een echte teamspeler, met oog voor kwaliteit en resultaat.
