Wat doet een IT & Finance Solutions Specialist bij Grant Thornton?

Als IT & Finance Solutions Specialist ben jij de spilfiguur in het beheer en de optimalisatie van de digitale tools die onze accountants, consultants en fiscalisten dagelijks gebruiken. Jij bent hét aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met tooling en procesverbetering te maken heeft binnen onze Accountancy- en Tax-afdelingen.

Je zorgt ervoor dat onze tools efficiënt werken, up-to-date zijn en perfect aansluiten bij de noden van onze teams én klanten. Samen met je collega’s werk je voortdurend aan de verbetering van onze digitale werkomgeving.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Beheren en optimaliseren van tools zoals: Admin-Consult Silverfin Exact MyInsights En andere tools afhankelijk van toekomstige behoeften
  • Coördineren van updates, testen en implementaties
  • Signaleren van optimalisaties en opvolgen van incidenten
  • Aansturen van verbetertrajecten in samenwerking met IT, externe partners en interne teams
  • Ondersteunen van eindgebruikers bij het correct inzetten van de tools
  • Analyseren van noden en deze vertalen naar concrete (tool)oplossingen
  • Mee instaan voor technische ondersteuning van klanten (rechtstreeks of onrechtstreeks)
