GRAVIS développe et fournit des produits de haute qualité pour la transmission de charges dans la construction en béton armé. L'entreprise a été créée le 21 août 2023\. Trois mois plus tard, les activités commerciales ont débuté. Malgré sa jeune histoire, l'entreprise ne manque pas d'expérience. Le coeur de GRAVIS, ses collaborateurs qui réunissent ensemble plusieurs décennies d'expérience dans le secteur de la construction en Suisse. C'est sur cette base et avec notre philosophie que GRAVIS va continuer à se développer dans les mois et années à venir.

La gamme de produits de GRAVIS comprend l'armature et les ancrages inoxydables GRAVINOX, les goujons de transmission des efforts tranchants GRAVITEC et les armatures de cisaillement et de poinçonnement GRAVIDUR. Nous élaborons en outre des solutions spéciales en fonction des exigences et des besoins spécifiques du projet.

Pour cela, nous cherchons pour Gravis SA à Guin en tant que

Collaborateur/trice du service de vente interne (80 \- 100 %) =============================================================

Ce que tu peux faire bouger

  • Conseil téléphonique et service clientèle, de l'offre au traitement complet de la commande
  • Calculation et d'offres, y compris vérification de la possibilité technique et suivi des commandes en ce qui concerne la qualité et les délais
  • Communication et coordination du suivi des projets avec le service externe
  • Traitement des réclamations, y compris l'établissement d'un rapport et d'une note de crédit
  • Intermédiaire entre le client et les services internes tels que AVOR, logistique, Ingénierie, vente externe

Ce que tu apportes

* Formation technique de base avec un flair commercial ou formation commerciale de base avec des connaissances techniques

* Bonne connaissance des programmes Microsoft Office

* Esprit d'initiative et méthode de travail autonome

* orientation vers le service client et souci de la qualité

* Langue maternelle française et bonnes connaissances de l'allemand (oral et écrit)

* Idéalement, connaissance d'une autre langue étrangère (italien)
