GRAVIS entwickelt und liefert qualitativ hochwertige Produkte zur übertragung im Stahlbetonbau. Das Unternehmen wurde am 21\. 2023 gegründet. Drei Monate später wurde der Geschäftsbetrieb aufgenommen. Trotz der jungen Geschichte fehlt es nicht an Erfahrung. Das von GRAVIS, die Mitarbeitenden, bringen zusammen mehrere Jahrzehnte Erfahrung in der Schweizer Baubranche mit. Auf dieser Basis und mit unserer Philosophie wird sich GRAVIS in den nächsten Monaten und Jahren weiterentwickeln.

Das Produktsortiment von GRAVIS umfasst die nichtrostende Bewehrung und Verankerungen GRAVINOX, die Querkraftdorne GRAVITEC und die Querkraft\- und Durchstanzbewehrung GRAVIDUR. Zudem erarbeiten wir Speziallösungen entsprechend den projektspezifischen Anforderungen und Wünschen.

Dazu suchen wir für die Gravis AG in Düdingen dich als

Sachbearbeiterin / Sachbearbeiter Verkaufsinnendienst (80 \- 100 %) ===================================================================

Was du bewegen kannst

  • Telefonische Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden von der Offerte bis zur kompletten Auftragsabwicklung
  • Erstellung von Kalkulationen und Angeboten inkl. Prüfung der technischen Machbarkeit sowie Überwachung der Aufträge bezüglich Qualität und Termine
  • Kommunikation und Absprache in der Projektnachfassung mit dem Aussendienst
  • Reklamationsbearbeitung inklusive Erstellung von Fehlermeldung und Gutschrift
  • Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Kunde und internen Bereichen wie AVOR, Logistik, Engineering Service, Verkauf Ausserdienst

Was du mitbringst

  • Technische Grundausbildung mit kaufmännischem Flair oder eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit technischem Verständnis
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in Microsoft Office Programmen
  • Eigeninitiative und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • ösisch als Muttersprache und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse einer weiteren Fremdsprache (Italienisch)
