Located within the historic building of Hotel William Gray, Spa William Gray is located in the heart of Old Montreal. Offering a wide range of premium services and ten treatment rooms, including two designed for couples' treatments, this 5,600-square-foot spa is the first in Canada to feature high-end Gharieni equipment. Dedicated to providing the highest level of relaxation to both Montrealers and travelers, the spa also stands out for its thermal experience, which includes a halotherapy room, Finnish sauna, steam room, experiential showers, cold room, herb-infused sauna, and a seasonal outdoor pool. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service during every visit. Assess clients' needs and offer personalized recommendations on the spa's products and services. Perform treatments in accordance with spa protocols and standards. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas. Keep knowledge up to date and become familiar with new spa products and services. Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in Esthetics or a related field. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar position. Professionalism and discretion. Excellent customer service skills. Availability to work weekends is required. Strong communication skills in both French and English, both spoken and written.
