Backed by 40+ years in dentistry, this role offers strong patient flow, modern technology, predictable income, and the autonomy to focus on high-quality patient care. This opportunity is ideal for a confident dentist seeking long-term stability without sacrificing control over how they practice. Opportunity Overview

Location – 9 St. Johns Medical Park, Suite B, St. Augustine, FL 32086

Schedule – Full-time (5 days/week)

Compensation – Generous daily guarantee and tiered % of production, with performance-based increases Earning potential – $200,000-$350,000+ annually

Office setup – 6 operatories, fully digital, with Itero digital scanning
