Who We Are

Great Minds is a high-growth, mission-driven organization founded by educators in 2007. As a for-profit, Public Benefit Corporation, we believe all students deserve access to meaningful, challenging content—and all teachers deserve tools that are intuitive, effective, and built for the realities of today’s classrooms.

We develop high-quality, knowledge-rich math, science and ELA curricula grounded in research and designed in collaboration with educators. Our materials reflect real classroom needs and are built to drive lasting student outcomes.

We are committed to usability, coherence, and practical implementation—supporting teachers not just through curriculum, but with professional learning, purposeful technology, and responsive service that enable strong adoption and impact.

What We Build

Our products—Eureka Math and Eureka Math², Wit & Wisdom, Geodes, and the newly launched Arts & Letters ELA—are trusted by thousands of schools and districts nationwide.

  • Eureka Math is the most widely used math curriculum in the U.S., and is focused on balancing conceptual understanding, procedural fluency, and application.
  • Wit & Wisdom® and Arts & Letters ELA™ anchor our reading strategy with content-rich, grade-level instruction that integrates literature, history, and the arts, grounded in the science of reading. Geodes® complements our reading suite with decodable texts that pair phonics with meaningful content to support early literacy.

These programs reflect a shared belief in high expectations, joyful rigor, and deep respect for educators and students.

Where We’re Headed

Great Minds is entering a new stage of growth and product maturity. We are focused on building more connected, customer-informed experiences across the full educator journey—from curriculum to professional learning to platform and support.

Our long-term vision is to become a true partner in impact—not just delivering curriculum, but supporting educators in achieving outcomes at scale.

Job Purpose

Great Minds is looking for an analytically minded, and strategically curious professional to join our Strategy and Analytics team as an Analyst, Strategy & Analytics. Our team partners with leaders across the enterprise on Great Minds’ more important strategic priorities. • Perform critical analyses across disparate sources using a variety of analytical tools and methods to derive actionable insights
  • Create compelling cases for change through targeted analytics and storytelling, tailored for senior leaders
  • Apply rapid-cycle hypothesis testing and proofs of concept to help build and scale new tools, processes, and ways of working
  • Contribute to team-wide strategic projects that elevate business understanding, improve operational efficiency, and build data infrastructure and reporting capabilities

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in analytics, data science, finance, management consulting, or another analytical role where data-driven analysis and execution were critical to success
  • Strong analytical skills, with familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience using data to uncover advanced business and customer insights
  • Experience creating compelling presentations that concisely share data and insights in a form suitable for senior leaders
  • Intellectual curiosity and comfort navigating ambiguity and unfamiliar domains
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work across multiple projects and balance competing demands, with strong time management skills
  • Team player with a commitment to excellence and a high level of integrity

Qualifications

  • Interest in K-12 public education and an understanding of how data can drive change, from leadership to the classroom
  • Working knowledge of the full data analytics pipeline (e.g., data gathering, ETL, automation, engineering, databases and storage, cleaning and reshaping, analysis, visualization), including data models, database design, data mining, and segmentation techniques
  • Experience working with data from CRM and ERP systems
  • Experience in consulting, transformation, or project-based environments

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
