Til vores nye restaurant GALLERY på Great Northern søger vi tjenere, der har lyst til at være med til at bygge et nyt restaurantteam fra begyndelsen.

GALLERY får høje gastronomiske ambitioner, men værtskabet skal være varmt, afslappet og personligt.

Rollen

Som tjener bliver du en vigtig del af gæstens samlede oplevelse.

Du kommer blandt andet til at arbejde med:

  • personlig og nærværende service
  • præsentation og servering af mad og drikke
  • forberedelse og afvikling af service
  • samarbejde med køkkenet omkring gæstens oplevelse og tempo
  • udvikling af din viden om gastronomi, vin og værtskab
  • fælles ansvar for restauranten før, under og efter service

Vi leder efter dig, der

kan lide mennesker og forstår, at god service handler om mere end teknik.

Du er opmærksom, nysgerrig og tager ansvar for både gæsten og holdet omkring dig.

Erfaring fra restaurant er en fordel, men ikke det eneste, vi ser på. Din indstilling, faglige nysgerrighed og lyst til at udvikle dig betyder mindst lige så meget.

I GALLERY ser vi ikke køkken og restaurant som to separate verdener. Vi bygger ét hold med forskellige fagligheder og et fælles ansvar for gæsten.

Vi ønsker høj kvalitet uden stivhed og en restaurant, hvor både gæster og medarbejdere kan mærke ro, nærvær og overskud.
