The posting

Responsibilities:

1. To perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection based on requirements. 2. To ensure inspection activities comply with specifications and drawings. 3. To detect and properly segregate non-conforming parts. 4. To maintain inspection records and reports accurately. 5. To support internal calibration and verification activities. 6. To monitor and maintain inspection tools and equipment condition. 7. To communicate quality issues with production team for immediate action. 8. To verify corrective actions on non-conforming issues. 9. To perform basic data collection for quality analysis. 10. To support QA Engineer in investigation and problem-solving activities. 11. To assist in internal audits and documentation checks. 12. To ensure compliance with ISO procedures and quality standards. 13. To provide guidance to junior technicians during inspection. 14. To support improvement initiatives on inspection efficiency. 15. To prepare daily or weekly inspection reports when required.

Requirements:

1.Welding training, Non-Destructive Test Training, Welding Inspection Training, Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance, QC tools, CMM or any high accuracy measuring equipment training.

2.Preferably 2 to 4 years working experience in hands-on quality inspection of fabrication on Metal Works or manufacturing field.

3.Experience in metal works / welding environment preferred. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

4.Good understanding of inspection methods and requirements.

5.Able to read basic engineering drawings

6.Able to use measuring equipment accurately.

7.Good communication and reporting skills
