Os requisitos fundamentais para ocupar essa posição deve ter sólido conhecimento sobre andamentos processuais e suas etapas, capacidade de interpretação precisa de textos jurídicos, como publicações e intimações, habilidade na contagem correta de prazos processuais, conforme o rito aplicável, Excelente redação, facilidade de adaptação a rotinas e sistemas do escritório, perfil proativo, com iniciativa para resolver demandas de forma autônoma, agilidade na execução de tarefas, qualidade na execução de tarefas e forte senso de comprometimento com prazos, responsabilidades e trabalho em equipe.

Principais responsabilidades

Analisar casos, documentos e informações relacionados aos processos. Elaborar peças processuais, incluindo petições iniciais e recursos. Realizar pesquisas de jurisprudência e preparar pareceres jurídicos. Participar de audiências. Comunicar-se com clientes para fornecer atualizações e esclarecer dúvidas relacionadas aos casos. Atualizar informações no sistema jurídico interno. Acompanhar, revisar e cumprir prazos legais e processuais, conforme o rito aplicável. Preparar relatórios e apoiar a gestão dos processos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos técnicos

Graduação em Direito e inscrição ativa na OAB. Sólido conhecimento sobre andamentos processuais e etapas dos processos cíveis. Capacidade de interpretar publicações, intimações e outros textos jurídicos com precisão. Habilidade para identificar e contar prazos processuais conforme o rito aplicável. Excelente redação jurídica, com clareza, objetividade e correção gramatical. Capacidade de elaborar peças processuais e realizar pesquisas de jurisprudência. Facilidade para utilizar sistemas jurídicos e se adaptar às rotinas do escritório.
