O Greco, Vizentim, Santana Advogados busca estagiário de Direito para apoiar a equipe Tributária em demandas contenciosas. A oportunidade é indicada para quem deseja desenvolver experiência prática em Direito Tributário em um escritório de advocacia.

Local: São Paulo/SP\ Modalidade: Híbrida\ Horário: das 11h às 17h\ Área: Direito Tributário

Principais responsabilidades

Redigir e revisar e-mails jurídicos. Elaborar minutas de recursos e outras peças processuais. Conferir guias e documentos processuais. Preparar relatórios e manter controles internos atualizados. Realizar pesquisas de legislação, jurisprudência e doutrina. Apoiar advogados e advogadas da equipe tributária em demandas consultivas e contenciosas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos técnicos

Estar cursando Direito a partir do 5º semestre. Ter experiência anterior como estagiário(a) em escritório de advocacia tributária. Ter excelente comunicação escrita e domínio da língua portuguesa. Demonstrar alto nível de redação jurídica. Ter interesse em desenvolver conhecimentos na área Tributária.
