The Quality Systems Analyst role ensures full compliance with IATF 16949, customer-specific requirements, and regulatory standards, while driving standardization, audit readiness, and supporting disciplined execution of quality systems across all foundry operations. This position serves as the site authority on quality systems, documentation, and compliance, partnering cross-functionally to ensure adherence to established standards and consistent execution of quality requirements. What You'll Do:
Lead QMS governance to ensure compliance, consistency, and effectiveness across all departments. Develop, maintain, and control quality system documentation policies, procedures, and standard work. Plan and execute the annual audit schedule. Coordinate audit preparation activities, readiness reviews, drive improvements in compliance and standard adherence. Ensure proper deployment and maintenance of required APQP/PPAP. Maintain alignment between documented processes and actual operational practices on the shop floor. Lead standardization initiatives to eliminate variation in execution of quality requirements. Develop and implement training programs to strengthen organizational understanding of quality systems and standards.

What We Need from You:
Approach work assignments in a positive manner and function as a team member. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Metallurgy Science, or related field preferred, with five to ten years’ experience in manufacturing environments, preferably within casting or green sand foundry operations. Supervise diversified work, operations, or procedures. Make decisions within applied technology. Apply several available methods. Requires analysis and adaptation. Light physical exertion. General office working conditions, infrequent shop exposure or travel 10-30% of the time. Must be willing and able to wear all required PPE.
