TERENSKI/A PRODAJNI/A PREDSTAVNIK/CA ZA SOLARNE ELEKTRANE Green Bean traži prodajnu osobu za aktivno pronalaženje kupaca solarnih elektrana, prvenstveno vlasnika obiteljskih kuća.

Kako izgleda posao? Glavninu rada čine terenski obilasci sela i manjih mjesta u okolici Zagreba. Obilazite dodijeljeno područje, neposredno pristupate vlasnicima kuća i započinjete razgovore o mogućnosti ugradnje solarne elektrane. Važan dio posla čine kontakti bez prethodno dogovorenog sastanka. Očekujemo da samostalno stvarate nove prodajne prilike te zainteresirane kupce pratite od prvog razgovora do ugovaranja.

Glavni poslovi: • planiranje i obilazak dodijeljenog područja • osobno kontaktiranje vlasnika kuća i predstavljanje ponude • prepoznavanje interesa i prikupljanje podataka potrebnih za izradu ponude • dogovaranje daljnjih sastanaka i tehničkih obilazaka • prezentacija ponuda te redoviti telefonski, e-mail i osobni kontakt s kupcima do njihove odluke • vođenje evidencije kontakata i prodajnih aktivnosti • suradnja s tehničkim i operativnim timom

Koga tražimo? Osobu kojoj odgovara svakodnevni teren, koja može samostalno započeti razgovor s nepoznatom osobom i ustrajno pratiti prodajne prilike. Važno nam je kako pristupate kupcu, slušate njegove potrebe i postupate nakon odbijanja. Prednost imaju kandidati s dokazivim iskustvom u samostalnom pronalaženju i pridobivanju novih kupaca, osobito kroz neposrednu terensku prodaju. Iskustvo sa solarnim elektranama ili tehničkim proizvodima predstavlja prednost, ali nije uvjet. Osiguravamo edukaciju o solarnim elektranama i našem prodajnom procesu. Obavezni su vozačka dozvola B kategorije i spremnost na svakodnevnu vožnju i terenski rad.
