Du gillar att få maskiner att fungera igen och att möta de som använder dem varje dag. GreenGrit söker nu en servicetekniker till ett konsultuppdrag hos ett teknikföretag i Göteborg som levererar maskiner och diamantverktyg till håltagare, bygg- och anläggningsföretag, rivningsfirmor och golvsliperier. Du behöver inte kunna produkterna från dag ett, det viktigaste är att du har teknikintresse, vilja att ge riktigt bra service och nyfikenhet att lära dig. Det här gör du som servicetekniker i Göteborg Du felsöker, reparerar och underhåller hela produktsortimentet, både på servicecentret och ute i fält hos kunderna. Du planerar dina arbeten tillsammans med din teamleader, rapporterar i verkstadssystemet och är företagets ansikte utåt när kunder behöver hjälp. Dagarna kan bli stressiga ibland, och då är det du som tar tag i situationen och hittar en lösning.

Felsöka, reparera och utföra förebyggande underhåll på maskiner som drivs av bensin, hydraulik, batteri och el

Utföra servicearbeten på servicecentret och ute i fält

Planera och prioritera dagens serviceärenden så att ledtiderna hålls

Registrera och rapportera utförda reparationer i verkstadssystemet

Hålla kontakt med kunder om kommande ärenden och följa upp utfört arbete

Koordinera servicearbeten internt och med externa verkstäder

Beställa reservdelar och förbrukningsmaterial i samråd med din teamleader

Ge råd om produkter och tjänster och lämna affärsmöjligheter vidare till ansvarig säljare

Ta emot kundorder på maskiner, diamantverktyg och reservdelar och vid behov leverera produkter till kunder

Återkoppla fel och brister till interna avdelningar så att produkterna blir bättre

Hålla arbetsstation och servicefordon rätt utrustade med reservdelar, verktyg och förbrukningsartiklar

Se till att säkerhetsföreskrifterna följs
